天津空港物流加工区是天津港保税区的扩展区，于2002年10月15日经天津市人民政府批准设立。区域位于天津滨海国际机场东北侧，具有良好的区位优势和便捷的交通条件，是一个享有国家级保税区和开发区优惠政策，具有加工制造、保税仓储、物流配送、科技研发、国际贸易等功能，高度开放的外向型经济区域。
　　区域总用地面积为42平方公里，首期规划开发23.5平方公里，划分为保税仓储加工区、高新技术工业区、商务中介服务区和商住生活配套区等功能区。保税仓储加工区具有进出口货物仓储、加工、整理、包装、配送分拨等功能；高新技术工业区具有高新技术研发、加工制造功能；商务中介服务区具有行政管理、金融保险、商品展示及中介服务等功能；商住生活配套区提供国际化的公寓、酒店、学校、医院、娱乐等配套设施。区域产业结构以空港物流和高新技术制造业为主。根据产业布局规划，区域设有电子信息工业园、生命科学工业园、汽车零配件工业园、新材料工业园、高科技创业园。区域将突出发挥天津滨海国际机场的空运优势，并利用天津铁路枢纽、天津港和京津塘、津滨、唐津高速公路等组成
　　的交通网络，构筑国际一流的信息、技术与产品集散基地。区域注重生态环境开发和保护，将形成国际一流的绿化景观和生态环境。

　　Tianjin Airport lndustrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Park)，which is the expandedarea Of Tianjin Port Free Trade zone，wasestablished on October 15， 2002 with the
approval Of Tianjin Municipal Government．Lyingto the northeast of Tianjin Airport，the Park offersexcellent geographical location and traffic condition．The Park enjoys the tate preferential policies on free trade zone and economic development area and is poised to grow into a highly opened foreign-oriented economic area with the functions Of manufactu-

　　The planned area iS 42 Sq．kilometers，Of which 23.5 Sq． kilometers iS under the smooth construction。The Park iS composed Of four sectors：Bonded warehousing area with the functions of commodity warehousing，sorting， processing，packaging，distributing；high and new technological industry area with the functions Of R&D and manufacturing；business service area with the functions Of administration， bank， insurance，exhibition and agency；residential area which provides high quality living environment including apartment， hotel， international school，hospital and recreational facility。The Park gives the priority to the development Of high-tech industries and aviation-related logistics industry．Five sub-parks is planned including Electronics & Information
lndustrial Park，Life Sciences lndustrial Park，Auto PartS Industrial Park， New Material

network formed byTianjin Airport，Tianjin railroad junction，Tianjin Port，Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway，Jinbin Expressway and Tangshan-Tianjin Expressway，the Park is expected to become a first rate base of flow of information，technology and product.
