“CHINA CULTURAL RELIC INDUSTRY GROUP”

I. Project Summary

The project of “China Cultural Relic Industry Group”, which is jointly developed and constructed by China High Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (i.e. Beijing Haoyuan Century Scientific & Technological Development Co., Ltd.) and National Cultural Relic Bureau, is the first comprehensive industrialized cultural relics enterprise with the largest investment scale, the highest professional authority and the best industrial structure in China.

The project will combine modern network technology with cultural relic industry represented by Chinese cultural relics; renovate the mechanism; integrate cultural relic resources; make use of market economy to develop & build the basic industrial structure of cultural relics; establish & perfect the cultural relic industrial system; form an operating system taking network as the tool, supported by related industries of cultural relics, making network economy and cultural relic industry promote each other and helping to realize the large-scale development of the cultural relic industry; and establish the first comprehensive industrialized cultural relic enterprise group in China.

II.Contents of Project Strategic Development

(1) Develop and construct the tool for cultural relic industrial development – “China Cultural Relic Net”

Cooperate with National Cultural Relic Bureau and various functional departments, combine the function of cultural relic management with professional social services, build the first tool-type network platform of the cultural relic profession in China which is the most authoritative, the biggest in scale and has complete communicating, trading methods and the most practical, effective modes of operation & service, establish No. 1 brand of Chinese cultural relic networks, and get an effective tool for developing the cultural relic industry.

(2) Construct & develop the basic industries of China Cultural Relic

Cultural Relic Authentication & Evaluation Center
We will fully integrate cultural relic expert & professional institution resources, establish the most authoritative cultural relic authentication & evaluation service institution of China in Beijing, set up branches of it in regions active in cultural relic trade, and form a professional service system of authentication & evaluation gradually. The annual income from this item is estimated at 8 – 12 million RMB.

Cultural Relic Repair Center
We will reform the mechanism and integrate resources to establish the most professional & authoritative cultural relic repair & protection service institution of China and relatively monopolize the cultural relic repair market. The annual income from this item is estimated at 6 – 8 million RMB.

Antique Replica Sales Center
We’ll make use of the network platform tool advantage to build channels between supply and demand of the cultural relic market and become the biggest and the most influential antique replica distributor and agent with the best business reputation in China. The annual income from this item is estimated at 12 – 15 million RMB.

Media System
China Cultural Relic Net has a relative monopoly on historical, archeological archives and possesses of abundant original data about local cultural relic resources which have never been published. We will get profit through providing paid consultation, paid utilization and paid copying of these data, and meet people’s desires of seeking novelties at the same time.

(3) Promote the large-scale development of Cultural Relic Net
Build & open professional subnets of China Cultural Relic Net
