Institute, then changed to Guizhou Agricultural Proving Ground,
General Agricultural Proving Station, Guizhou Agricultural
Research Institute, then enlarged to Guizhou Scientific &
Technical Institute in 1966. Now it has big influence in the
province with strong scientific and technological development
capabilities. It has nine independent research institutes
of rice, upland rice, oilseed, horticulture, information,
fertilizer, plant protection and biological technology. In
order to satisfy the demand of scientific and technological
reformation, the institute has built rice technological research
center, corn technological research center, rice two-use pit
sleritily ecological appraising center, modern countryside
development research center and information net center. |
