项目用地面积约400亩，该地块地势较平，桐荫路贯通其中。园区建设有两种方式：一是按确定后的园区规划和产业定位，引进企业分别自建；二是引进一家龙头企业，成立开发公司统一开发和管理，统一新建园区厂房、办公楼、停车场、水电等配套设施。

Electronic and electronics & electric apparatus industry is one of the prop industries in the economic development of the zone. With larger and larger force on infrastructures construction and based on the advantage of transportation hub in southwest China, catch the demand of location of global large enterprises and introduce enterprises to enter into the development zone, try for great-leap-forward development, an electronic and electronics & electric apparatus industrial collection mainly in high definition digital TV, permanet electrical machinery, high-frequency electrical machinery, automobile electronic products will form within 3-5 years’ endeavor.

The project covers a total flat area of 400mu with Tongyin Road across. There are two ways to construct the park. One is to introduce enterprises to make construction according to the park plan and industrial alignment, the other is to introduce leader enterprise to set up a developing company to develop and manage unifiedly and build infrastructures such as factory building, office building, parking place, etc unifiedly.
