A. The zone is the national economic &
technical development zone, is one of the central urban districts
in Guiyang and is the best residential place with a total population
of 123.6 thousand. With the development, the population will increase
to 180-200 thousand in the next tow years. But now there are no
scale entertainment places in the zone. The demand for scale entertainment
place is increasing fast. So it’s very necessary to build a public
and social leisure and entertainment garden to satisfy dweller
multiple demands.
B. The transportation is very convenient
with several roads out of province intersecting here. The Provincial
Highway Transportation Management-monitoring Center is nearby.
In the north, Crossing Guiyang-Zunyi freeway, you can arrive in
Chongqing and Sichuan. In the west, Crossing Guiyang-Huangguoshu
Waterfall freeway, you can go to Kunming and Yunnan. In the south,
Crossing the Guiyang-Xinzai freeway, you can get to Guangdong,
Hunan and Guangxi. To the east, the 4th-Degree International Airport----the
Airport of Guiyang is 10 km away. To the north, the Guiyang Railway
Station is 3 km away.
C. The natural environment is very nice
with rich varities, high landscape planning, abundant tee trees,
indeciduous conifer, indeciduous broadleaf trees. It’s a hard
to get leisure ecological greenery patches in the urban city.
D. The zone is influenced by the moist
and monsoon climate of the subtropical zone. There is neither
intense heat in summer nor severe cold in winter. The annual average
temperature of the city is 15.3。C. The frost-free period is 270 days. It is very pleasant
for tourism and summering
E. There are more than 48 minorities in
Guizhou Province. Each has its rich national culture and characteristic
art performance.

B. Foreign-funded investors can enjoy foreign-funded
preferential policies.
C. Some infrastructures such as roads in
the forest belt, public convenience is free for the residents. The government can invest to build them
just like public undertakings as a supporting condition or investors
do investment, then the government will give some support as compensation.
D. For land use of the subject garden, the
Government will invite tenders according to plan priority principle
to guarantee project’s integral function.
E. The Government will take charge of the
infrastructures construction support of road, water, electricity,
etc.
F. The Government will give some support
and coordination for project land use, plan, construction and
funds, etc.
G. For pulled down countryside house setting
during the construction of the subject garden, to carry out the
policy of countryside in urban rebuilding so as to decrease the
