I. The printing and packing industry is
one of the important industries of industrial economy. It’s an
advanced developing industry. With the increasing development
of light industry, such as Chinese traditional medicine and tobacco
and alcohols, the demand for printing and packing industry is
larger and larger, but this industry in our province can
not reach the demand with late starting, thin basis and little
categories.
II. Now the printing and packing products
needed for the enterprises in the Development Zone, such as Guizhou
Tobacco Factory, Guiyang Hisense, Guizhou Jiren Pharmaceutical
Company, Guizhou Baishite Pharmaceutical Company, etc. are all
from enterprises out of the zone. If matching supply just in the
zone, it will more convenient and can lessen inventory stock and
decrease cost.
III. Now printing and packing enterprises
in the zone are all facing the problem of enlarging developing
scale and building new factories, such as Jiuxing Pringting, Ruiyuan
Backing, Xinda, Sifeng Technical Packing, etc.. According to investigation,
many printing and packing enterprises out of the zone want to
build new factories. |
| Detailed Project Description |
The first stage covers land area of 100mu,
the second plans 100mu and the total area of the park are 200mu.
I. As the subject of the park, the park
developing company will have coordination with the enterprise
wanting to enter into the park. After reaching a consensus, they will make rational
plan, operate intensively and develop unified.
II.
Each enterprise takes over for land use to build new factory according
to the unified plan. |
