Bamboo Plywood
Background of project and conditions of construction: The continuous
urbanization and the increment of roads and buildings since 1990’s
have opened up prosperous market for middle-quality and high-quality
plywood. At present, middle-quality and high-quality plywood have
been widely used in the construction of city traffic, railway and
buildings. With the market coverage of plywood extending to the
southwest, the northwest and the northeast of China, the prospect
of the market becomes better and better. Rich in bamboo resource,
Longquan is always called “a forest sea in Zhejiang”. Neighbouring
on Wuyi Mountain area in Fujian, Shangyang Town is the hinterland
of bamboo resource in Longquan City, and is also the best distribution
center for “Zhemin” bamboo. With a tough and tensile quality, “Zhemin”
bamboo has unique congenital conditions to be the production materials
for middle-quality and high-quality plywood.
Scale of project and contents of construction: establishing two
production lines with annual yield of 250,000 m3 of middle-quality
and high-quality coating bamboo plywood, one production line for
bamboo floor boards and one for bamboo chopping blocks.
Total Investment and Returns Estimated: With a total investment
of 10,500,000RMB, the project will make annual income of 18,000,000RMB
and returns of 3,000,000RMB.

Situations of earlier work for project: The production line for
coating bamboo plywood established in the 1st phase with over 2,300,000RMB
invested has been put into production and the products have entered
into market.

staff and over 40 skilled workers, Longquan Hengyuan Bamboo Industry

一、项目名称：年产2000万支稀土三基色节能荧光灯项目
二、项目背景及建设条件：缙云县是全球最大的环形灯管制造基地，金陵光源电器有限公司是缙云最大的环形灯管生产公司，公司为进一步扩大生产，提高产品质量，同时以实现更大社会效益。
三、项目规模及建设内容：购置先进生产设备和检测设备，包括HWC－600H洗管/涂布/涂布下管输送机，TVCT自动刷粉机、绷丝机、接桥机、平头机、圆排机、气化设备及光电检测设备55台，征地100亩新建生产车间、仓库用房等，共计新增土建26000平方米。
四、总投资及效益预期：总投资1.05亿元。项目投产后，将新增就业人数200多人，实现年销售收入2.16亿元，上交税金及附加1000万元，实现利润2000万元。

六、项目前期工作情况：2006年1月至2006年6月，项目调研报告审批，土地征用等所有手续办妥；2006年8月至2007年12月，项目全面动工建设。

is the largest manufacturing base for ring tubes. And Jinling Lighting
Co., Ltd is the biggest manufacturer of ring tubes in Jinyun. The
company will further expand production and improve quality of products
to make greater social effect.
Scale of project and contents of construction: 55 production equipment
and testing equipment including HWC-600H washing/ coating/conveying
machine, TVCT auto end cleaning machine, fusion machine, Strickling
head machine, exhausting machine, gasifying equipment and photoelectric
testing equipment, etc., will be purchased, and 100mu of land will
be requisitioned for the construction of production workshops and
storehouses. And the buildings newly constructed will cover an area
of 26,000㎡.
Total Investment and Returns Estimated: With a total investment
of 105,000,000RMB, the project will offer over 200 employment chances,
make annual sales income of 216,000,000RMB, pay taxes of 10,000,000RMB,
and make profit of 20,000,000RMB.

Situations of earlier work for project: From January to June 2006,
the project investigation and research report will be examined and
approved, and all the formalities including land requisition will
be gone through. From August 2006 to December 2007, construction
of the project will be overall started. And the project will be
put into production in July 2008.
Basic introduction: Established in 1992, Zhejiang Jinling Lighting
Co., Ltd now processes total assets of over 33,000,000RMB, and has
passed ISO9001-2000 Quality System certification, CQC certification
and CE certification. The company has been appraised to be a key

二、项目背景及建设条件：节能和环保是光源科技专家锁定21世纪光源发展方向和目标。开发具有高效节能效果和长寿命、绿色环保型的细管径三基色荧光灯是当今光源制造厂家的史命。本项目研究开发的芯柱固汞定位，达到低汞无铅、低管压高光效的T6节能灯管和电子整灯完全能满足欧盟ROHS的要求。国际市场前景十分看好。
三、项目规模及建设内容：项目建成投产后形成年产低汞无铅T6节能荧光灯管600万支和电子整灯150万套的生产能力。项目主要新增玻管清洗机、自动涂粉机、64轴烤管机、刮粉机、绷丝机、芯柱机、喇叭机、封口机、注固汞系统、园排机、管针处理老练机、卧式装头机、填泥机、无铅双波焊机、检测设备及照明、环保设备等国内先进工艺设备。就地扩建厂房9200平方米。项目主要优势：芯柱固汞定位于2006年1月获国家知识产权“创造发明”专利；低管压高光效的T6节能灯管在不更换灯座下与T8、T10可互换使用。

Background of project and conditions of construction: Energy saving
and environmental protection are said the developing directions
and the goals of lighting development in 21st century by experts
on lighting technologies. Developing energy-efficient, long-lived
and green minor-diameter RGB fluorescent lamps is the historical
mission of lighting manufacturers today. The low-Hg and Pb-free
low-pressure and lighting-efficient T6 energy saving lamb tubes
and the electronic lambs developed by the project can completely
meet the requirements of ROHS of EU, and they have a vast range
of prospects in international market.
Scale of project and contents of construction: After the project
is constructed and put into production, the annual production ability
of 6,000,000 T6 energy saving lamb tubes and 1,500,000 sets of electronic
lamps will come to be. Domestic advanced equipment, such as washing
machine, auto coating machine, 64-axle bulb baking machine, cleaning
machine, stem machine, sealing machine, solid Hg pouring system,
exhausting machine, testing equipment, lighting equipment and environmental
protection equipment, etc., will be purchased. And the factory houses
will be expanded on the old site. The main advantages of the project:
stem solid Hg position technology gained the state intellectual
property “invention” patent in January 2006, and the low-pressure
and lighting-efficient T6 energy saving lamb tubes can be exchanged
to use with T8 or T10 without having the lampstand changed.
Total Investment and Returns Estimated: With a total investment
of 25,960,000RMB, the project will make a sale income of 87,000,000RMB,
will pay taxes of 6,000,000RMB, and will make profits of 7,000,000RMB.

Situations of earlier work for project: The earlier work of the
project has been finished. And the project will be completed and
put into production in June 2007.
